On this journey you will learn the bean-to-bar chocolate making process & taste different origins along the way, as you create your own handmade bar.

This class will give you the know-how and confidence to boldly grab that expensive specialty cut of meat, that we so often pass by not wanting to do it an injustice.

GRILLED TOMAHAWK STEAK
Chef Colin of The Private Plate will be introducing you to 3 different types of tomahawk steaks (choice, prime & wagyu).
- Learn the importance of properly temping your meat.
- Learn how to season: Salt is your friend!
- Talk about the utter importance of letting that steak rest before slicing.
- Learn how to properly slice the meat. This is one time you definitely want to go against the grain.

FONDANT POTATOES
(OR POMMES DE TERRE FONDANTES IF YOU'RE FANCY)
Chef Colin will teach you how to elevate the humble potato, taking a pantry staple to the next culinary level.
- Learn how to evenly cut your potatoes for consistent cooking.

FAMILY PIZZA CLASS
Chef Colin of The Private Plate, a hard-working father in his own right, is super excited to host this hands-on family pizza workshop.
Come spend some quality time with your favorite kid while snacking on some deliciously cheesy pizza!

This is a hands-on pasta making class. Chef Colin of The Private Plate will lead you through the intricacies of making this Tuscan classic shape of pasta. He will teach you how to achieve the slightly rough surface that pappardelle is known, making it the perfect pasta for robust ragus.
