In January, 2016, The Corner Table Cafe was created with the community in mind. Open all year-round, with games, books, daily papers and great food, we wanted to make a place that feels like home. With Greg's culinary passion and Joy's love of a good coffee and a chat, the café has become a mainstay of Nantucket.
We love the sense of place this island fosters in all who live here or visit, and that the people we’ve come to know in the Nantucket culinary world are as passionate about their work in brewing and baking and farming and fishing as we are about our own in curating memorable classroom and dining experiences.
We love our staff! Thanks to an amazing year-round team and additional students in the summer, The Corner Table café is home to employees from over 10 different countries. We are grateful for their dedication, passion and hard-work. We couldn’t do it without them!
Check out our Instagram this summer – they are uploading daily! @cornertablenantucket.
Never a dull moment! Our family life is woven in and out of The Corner Table Café and Nantucket Culinary.
ReMain Ventures, an organization which seeks to spark for-profit innovation and create jobs that enhance the health of the year-round community, purchased our then-abandoned 22 Federal Street building at public auction in 2014.
